By accessing or using NCR Eduservices' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Level Commitments
We commit to the following service levels for all clients:

- Response Times: ≤4 business hours for all inquiries

Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful service delivery, clients agree to:

Payment Terms

Limitation of Liability

Termination
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice:
- Standard Termination: 30 days written notice
- Breach Termination: Immediate termination for material breach
- Data Return: Client data returned within 30 days
- Transition Support: Reasonable assistance with service transition
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, United States, and the laws of the jurisdiction where services are primarily delivered. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction as specified in individual service agreements.
